Is shipping free worldwide?- Yes! We offer free shipping to ANY country for 100% FREE and we always will! 

Do you ship to my country?- Yes! We ship to every country with FREE shipping!

I don't live in the US will my power adapter work for my country?- Yes! We will send you a power adapter specific to your countries power outlet configuration (only for EU, UK, and AU)

I don't know how big my room is, what should I get? - We recommend the 32ft(10m) for your room! We found through research that the average bedroom size in the United States is 11 feet by 12 feet and our 32ft(10m) is perfect for covering your walls!

How do I attach the lights?- The lights featured a powerful 3M adhesive backing that can attach to walls.

How do I install the lights?- Easy! Checkout our install page located at the bottom of our site.

How fast is shipping?- We offer 7-14 business day (currently increased due to covid) shipping on our products for free! We make every product by order overseas. Please do note that we may take 1-2 days to process your order we use these days to handle and get your order ready for shipping.

Does the package come with the battery?- Due to restrictions we regret that we cannot package a battery with our product and we apologize for the inconvenience 

Can I track my order?- Yes you can! We offer tracking for all orders. After your our 1-3 business day processing period if you have not already received a tracking number feel free visit our contact us page to request one. 

Why hasn't my order shipped? - We fulfill orders 1-3 business days after you complete your order with a valid address and accepted payment. If you do not receive tracking, your order has most likely shipped and a tracking number is just not yet available. 

How long will Stardust LEDs be donating to covid-19 related charities?- We will be donating 10% of profits through march 17-24.

It's been a couple days and my order hasn't shipped? - Due to international delays caused by covid in extremely rare cases some orders do not receive tracking information despite being shipped. Your order has most likely shipped and just hasn't been updated with tracking info.
