Damaged products:

If you would like to exchange or return a defective item, you must ship it back to us for inspection. You can visit our Return Page to automatically submit a ticket through your order number for a return. Photos of the product showing the damage are required for a return. You will receive a shipping label so you can return your product to us, and after an inspection period you will receive a replacement item. 

We only offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Lost items
  • Items you did not order

For certain cases we may only issue a partial refund such as orders that may have a single defective part or a missing item from the order. You will be issued a partial refund for the value of the missing item but not a full refund since the order is intact. 

When contacting our customer service email please set your subject field to one of the options below to ensure the fastest response possible.

  • For a damaged item please use subject field "DAMAGED ITEM"
  • For a missing item please use subject field "MISSING ITEM"
  • For a item you did not order please use subject field "WRONG ITEM"

For an order that has not yet received tracking, please allow 1-3 Business Days for our system to automatically send you a tracking number via email. Each order will have a tracking number emailed to the customer once the item has been shipped.
